Mariano Bosch (camanda 87) is one of the most important businessmen in Argentina, elected KONEX Businessman of the Year 2018 and ENDEAVOR 2019, but before that he is an extraordinary person, an extraordinary husband and father, and one of those friends capable of leaving everything he is doing to help the other.

Agronomist engineer and founder of ADECOAGRO, Mariano combines all the virtues we look for in a distinguished alumnus: a good man, of Christian values, courageous in decision-making, professional and with magnificent capacity. From our motto, "VIRILITER AGE", which translates as "acting with courage" and being "a real man", Mariano has proven to be an inspirational figure to those around him, the type of leader who, according to one of his best friends and colleague within ADECOAGRO, Pepe Imbrosciano, "needs the country to get ahead".
